Job summary

TSMC Arizona seeks a Fixed Term Contractor – Cost Control Specialist for the New FAB Design Department to help drive cost control across the F21 FAB project in Phoenix. You will manage bidding, prepare cost estimates, develop reports and forecasts, and support project teams with data entry and scheduling tasks using Excel and related tools.

On-site role with standard hours, 12-month assignment. Strong collaboration with international partners is valued, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field.
Degree program or coursework must involve data analysis or construction-related topics for non-experienced candidates.
Bilingual ability in English and Chinese for communication with Taiwan partners.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the bidding process internally and externally.
Prepare detailed cost estimations and benchmarks for various projects.
Develop regular progress reports, cost forecasts, and financial reports.
Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with project teams to support documentation and scheduling tasks.
Execute other administrative duties as assigned.
