Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Fixed Term Contractor for Cost Control in the New FAB Design Department, located in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting to support a 12-month assignment within the D&C Cost Team.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Chinese communication abilities for coordination with Taiwan partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
• For candidates without relevant work experience, degree program or extracurricular activities must involve data analysis or construction-related coursework.
• Bilingual ability in English and Chinese for communication with Taiwan partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the bidding process internally and externally.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations and benchmarks for projects.
• Develop regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Excel.
• Collaborate with project teams to support documentation and scheduling tasks.
• Execute other administrative duties as assigned.
