TSMC Arizona is seeking a CM engineer to join our new fab project in Phoenix, AZ. You will interpret codes, plan and schedule work, allocate resources, and coordinate interfaces between contractors while upholding safety, quality, and security on site.

Requirements include a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture; familiarity with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and Revit; strong communication and problem-solving skills; PE license is a plus; and willingness to work in a clean room.

Formación

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• Familiar with project scheduling software (Microsoft Project) and BIM (Revit) is a plus.
• Professional Engineer license is a plus.
• Willing to work in a clean room environment.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with international building regulations and construction sequences is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• General responsibility of the CM engineer.
• Ensuring CSA design compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Overall control of the project schedule.
• Planning, allocation, and monitoring of resources and construction materials.
• Logistic planning and management of the construction site.
• Coordination and integration of interfaces between various construction contractors.
• Managing related permits and communicating with authorities on construction matters.
• Handling construction payments and change orders.
• Managing safety, quality, and security on the construction site.
• Inspecting and documenting the construction site.
• Monitoring the design progress of the design consultant and identifying potential risks based on construction schedule requirements.
