Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of architectural solutions, ensuring standards compliance.
• Design, build, and oversee building projects within budget and deadlines.
• Create building programs and plans by gathering stakeholder requirements.
• Update masterplans and plan for future expansions.
• Develop and review technical building plans and drawings.
• Supervise on-site teams and ensure compliance with design concepts.
• Coordinate with AOR on permits and regulatory requirements.
• Provide project reports to executives and manage risks.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and consultants.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with standards.
