Job summary

EY’s FAAS TAAG Senior role focuses on addressing complex financial accounting and reporting topics across industries, enabling growth and depth in technical accounting advisory. You will interact with FAAS and audit teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, continuous learning, and the ability to travel to client sites while operating in a flexible, hybrid EY model with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, CPA, 2–5 years' work experience, preferably as an auditor in a public accounting firm.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• A thorough understanding of US GAAP.
• Exposure to or interest in complex technical accounting topics is a plus.
• An understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• A proven record of excellence when managing, mentoring and improving a team of high-performing colleagues.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites; a driver's license is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Think on your feet to develop answers to complex issues and challenge existing practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to build relationships and identify opportunities for clients.
• Occasional travel to meet with key clients across various industries.
