Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 12 years of relevant experience in FAA technical systems, electronics maintenance, systems design, or technical instruction.
• Direct FAA system experience strongly preferred.
• Prior FAA instructor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for FAA personnel and stakeholders.
• Develop instructional materials including outlines, lesson plans, visuals, and documentation.
• Create examinations and evaluation criteria to measure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, sales, and marketing to identify training needs.
• Stay current with learning theory, adult learning, motivation, and instructional technologies.
