Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Aircraft Maintenance Controller to coordinate maintenance discrepancies across all operational aircraft and monitor line station mechanical issues.

The role requires an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification and at least one year as a certified mechanic, with strong communication and CFR knowledge. You will work with Maintenance and Dispatch to plan parts, staffing, and MEL/CDL procedures, ensuring safe, timely aircraft availability and adherence

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a certified mechanic.
• Good communication skills and understanding of CFRs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance discrepancies and corrections on all operational aircraft.
• Monitor all line station mechanical problems.
• Coordinate parts and staffing for mechanical interruptions and engine changes.
• Assist MEL/CDL program coordination with Maintenance and Dispatch.
