Job summary

American Patrols, Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking an FAA certified A&P Aircraft Mechanic to maintain our fleet of Cessna aircraft. You will perform inspections, diagnose discrepancies, and make repairs in-house, with on-site duties and the opportunity to grow skills.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance per FAA requirements, keeping logs, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe work environment. Valid A&P license and willingness to relocate to Midland are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe and Powerplant FAA Certification/License.
• Must be able to lift and carry 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Must relocate to Midland, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft including inspections and repairs.
• Maintain organization of log books and records in accordance with FAA requirements.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Inventory management, including stock checks and placing orders as needed.
• Receive, refuel, park, and bedding down aircraft.
