Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking a Gogo FAA Certification Engineer to lead FAA certification activities for aircraft products and installations. You will coordinate FAA activities with internal stakeholders, the FAA, ODAs, DERs, and UMs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

In this role you will author or review plan submissions, support conformity inspections, ground/flight tests, and certification reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and review technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FAA activities for multiple products and installations on aircraft.
• Support FAA certification processes: planning, conformity inspections, ground/flight tests, reports.
• Maintain and update STCs through Minor Changes.
• Coordinate DO-160G/DO-178C/DO-254 efforts and review cert documentation.
