Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 FAA for our Phoenix, AZ location. You will assemble, test, and maintain mechanical components to meet stringent quality standards while following detailed plans.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, you will contribute to timely production and adherence to safety and quality protocols. You will work on-site on the 1st shift, collaborating with a team to meet production goals and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems per blueprints and instructions.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to verify quality and function.
• Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
