Job summary

LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks an Electrical Engineer to support test, evaluation, and analysis of FAA Air Traffic Control Communication Systems at the Atlantic City (William J. Hughes Technical Center) site.

You will plan and execute test cases, develop measurement procedures for IP/analog signals, and support protocol converters and ground-to-ground interfaces. ABET degree plus 5+ years in engineering is required; travel and 40-hour weeks apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in relevant domains.
• Experience with VoIP, IP networking, and test planning.
• Familiarity with ET/communication system performance parameters.
• ABET-accredited degree or higher with substitutions as noted.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise for test and evaluation of FAA Air Traffic Control communications systems.
• Plan, develop and execute operational test cases validating system suitability.
• Develop procedures for IP/analog signal measurement and ED-137 related testing.
• Support performance testing for protocol converters and ground interfaces.
• Prepare test reports and coordinate with stakeholders.
