Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a seasoned FAA-designated Accountable Manager for its Part 145 Repair Station. You will ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations, the Repair Station Manual, and company policies, with authority to enforce corrective actions and direct communication with the FAA on safety matters.

You will lead maintenance managers, coordinate with other departments, establish safety standards, and ensure resource availability for maintenance, preventive maintenance,

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required.
• Experience as Accountable Manager or senior Part 145 leader.
• Strong knowledge of RSM, CFR Part 145, and related FAA processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance and alterations.
• Communicate with customers to relay status and information.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure sufficient staff, facilities, tooling, and training for maintenance.
• Interact with FAA on matters involving safety and compliance.
