Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking an experienced Accountable Manager for a FAA Part 145 Component Repair Station in the San Fernando Valley, CA area.

This executive-level role will have full responsibility for the operational, financial, technical, and regulatory performance of the repair station. The successful candidate will serve as the senior leader of the business, overseeing all aspects of Operations, Quality, Materials, Planning, Contracts, Customer Support, and Personnel while driving

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership within a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station.
Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations.
Experience serving as the primary FAA liaison.
Demonstrated P&L ownership and budget accountability.
Experience leading multi-functional organizations including Operations, Quality, Materials, Planning, Contracts, and Customer Support.
Proven track record of driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
Strong customer-facing leadership experience.
