Job summary

Remas Staffing in Florida is seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team on a full‑time, temporary to permanent basis. You will perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the safe operation of our aircraft fleet.

Ideal candidates hold FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and strong knowledge of aircraft systems. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
Minimum of 3 years of aircraft mechanic experience.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft according to manufacturer's specifications and company policies
Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and identify any potential issues or defects
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
Repair or replace faulty components using hand and power tools
Perform engine and airframe maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
