Job summary

Contour Airlines is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The role involves performing routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the Contour fleet in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Ideal candidates will have FAA A&P certification, strong English reading abilities, and solid troubleshooting and documentation skills to ensure safe, compliant operations and timely aircraft return to service.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret FAA regulations, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation in English.
• FAA A&P certification required.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and utilize blueprints, manuals, ATA codes, and service bulletins to troubleshoot and complete work.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, repairs, and alterations per FAA standards.
• Inspect aircraft systems (hydraulics, de-icing, landing gear) for issues and ensure safe return to service.
• Document procedures, discrepancies, and corrective actions in maintenance logs per FAA requirements.
• Run diagnostics, interpret results, and implement corrective actions as needed.
