Job summary

RTX is seeking a qualified candidate for a U.S.-based role to lead the JIIL project for the F-135 program within the Provisioning team. The role requires a Bachelor’s or advanced degree with IT/CS/Aerospace experience and a record of managing medium to large projects.

The position emphasizes delivering CDRLs on a monthly cadence, supporting TIMs, and driving process improvements within the F135 Provisioning/LSA function while meeting key commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Aerospace, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
• 2 years of leading medium to large sized projects, utilizing project management methodologies and tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Define and develop a repeatable process to deliver the CDRL on a monthly cadence.
• Lead and support Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and other working groups as part of the JIIL initiative.
• Support the F135 Provisioning/LSA (Logistics Support Analysis) team by identifying and implementing process improvement.
• Meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities

Qualifications We Prefer

• 2 years of experience using SQL, Python, and/or other programming languages
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Project Management certifications
• 2 years of experience interpreting Engineering Changes (ECs), BOM, and implementing Configuration changes.
• F-135, military, and/or Provisioning/LSA background

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
