Job summary

RTX in East Hartford is seeking a F135 Logistics Integration Cell Logistics Solutions Manager to deliver SAP-based logistics support for F135 engines, coordinating with US TRANSCOM, DLA, and international partners to ensure compliant, efficient material flow.

Role requires a BS/BA, 8+ years in logistics, strong analytical and IT skills, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Candidates should be prepared for onsite work in CT.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 8 years of business, operations, supply chain and/or logistics experience; OR an Advanced degree with 5 years experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Familiarity with US TRANSCOM and DLA transportation organizations and regulations.
• Import/Export experience with EAR and ITAR.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and building automation scripts.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Complete SAP transportation transactions for customer orders.
• Coordinate with Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise for efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate logistics solutions for global F135 sustainment activity.
• Identify and monitor process improvement data for transportation activities.
• Setup SAP plants for new sites coming online.
• Monitor performance and metrics of transportation activities.
