Responsibilities

• Prepare and present task status and technical content to CIPT and CSE management, and EVMS status of tasks.
• Accountable for CIPT in communications, risk management, and program requirements execution.
• Lead IPT in identifying, managing, and closing key technical risks and issues with action plans and milestones.
• Guide IPT through reviews by setting preparation milestones and validating technical content.
• Manage IPT budgets and schedules, monitor baselines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Represent IPT in interactions with Customers, SIPT, IPMT, and Senior Leadership with concise updates.
• Lead validation engine builds, engine test activities, and ACIs ensuring tasks are completed safely and on schedule.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and present task status and technical content to the CIPT and CSE management as well as prepare and present monthly EV status of all tasks that require EVMS
• Accountable, part-level ownership on behalf of the CIPT, ensuring timely communication, proactive risk management, and consistent execution of all assigned program requirements.
• Lead the IPT in identifying, managing, and closing key technical risks and issues, ensuring each item has a defined action plan, measurable progress, and closure within agreed timelines.
• Guide the IPT through successful technical and program reviews by setting clear preparation milestones, validating technical content, and ensuring all deliverables meet program standards.
• Manage IPT budgets and schedules by monitoring performance against established baselines, addressing variances promptly, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of commitments.
• Represent the IPT in interactions and presentations with Customers, the SIPT, IPMT, and Senior Leadership, delivering concise, accurate, and timely technical and program updates.
• Lead validation engine builds, engine test activities, and Analytical Condition Inspections (ACIs) ensuring required tasks are completed accurately, safely, and within scheduled test windows.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years' experience OR 3+ years’ experience with a Master’s Degree
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
