Grand Blanc Nissan is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join its growing team in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings.

Responsibilities include arranging financing, presenting add-on products, ensuring profitability, and maintaining compliance with regulations. High professional standards and excellent communication are required.

Competenze

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Professional personal appearance and exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Provide financing recommendations and assist customers to arrange financing; present additional product offerings.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the role.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions and close deals.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals to customers.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.
