Job summary

Ed Martin Auto Group seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to lead F&I operations, drive production, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Indianapolis-area dealership.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in dealership F&I, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a commitment to compliance and funding efficiency. A college degree is preferred, with Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to present and close deals while ensuring compliance
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
• Teamwork mentality and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license with clean record and background check required

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer experience in every interaction
• Offer all finance and vehicle protection options to customers to generate income
