Job summary

AutoNation in Houston seeks an experienced F&I Manager to guide customers from sales to finance during vehicle purchases. You’ll collaborate with staff and customers to tailor financing solutions and present a transparent menu of options while ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.

You'll lead with a focus on exceptional customer experiences, set and achieve sales targets, and leverage technology to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Experience in automotive sales or finance is preferred.
• Ability to work with technology and finance products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to determine financing needs and options.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and maintain product knowledge.
