Lou Fusz Automotive Network in Columbus, OH is seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to guide customers through financing and protect options with a transparent, customer-first approach. You will secure financing, present products, process contracts, maintain lender relationships, and ensure all transactions comply with regulations and dealership policies.

This full-time role requires strong communication, attention to detail, ethical business practices, and the ability to work evenings

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers after vehicle selection to review financing and payment options.
• Obtain and accurately process credit applications and documentation.
• Submit financing applications to lenders and seek competitive approvals.
• Explain financing terms, interest rates, payment options, and obligations.
• Structure deals based on customer needs, lender requirements, and dealership goals.
• Maintain a professional F&I process from introduction through contract completion.
• Present finance and protection products based on customer needs.
• Generate F&I revenue while maintaining transparency and compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and lenders.
• Ensure all contracts and documents are compliant and properly executed.
