Qualifications

• Automotive F&I experience preferred; Toyota experience a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, and protection products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the finance and insurance process for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Present financing options, leasing, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection products professionally and transparently.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions.
• Ensure all financing documents, contracts, and disclosures are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain contract processing, funding, and CIT management.
• Monitor F&I performance, including product penetration, per-vehicle retail (PVR), and customer satisfaction.
