Krause Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. You will structure deals, maximize profitability, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase journey across multiple brands.

Collaborate with sales, accounting, and lenders, present protection products, and educate customers to build trust and drive long-term satisfaction. A strong, growth-oriented culture supports internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance procedures.
• Ability to structure deals for maximum profitability.
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize dealership profitability while delivering a transparent, compliant buying experience.
• Present finance, warranty, and protection products to customers.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Submit deals to lenders and make sound credit decisions.
• Negotiate financing terms and secure lender approvals.
• Desk and close deals per dealership processes.
• Ensure deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare contracts, disclosures, and delivery paperwork.
