Job description

Sunset Ford is seeking a motivated and energetic F&I Manager to join our award-winning team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in arranging financing for their purchases and present additional products to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
  • Be fully proficient with title laws and the registration process.
  • Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the role.
  • Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
  • Audit team deals post-sale accurately.
  • Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
