Job summary

AutoNation in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an energetic F&I Manager to lead the financing phase of vehicle purchases. You will welcome customers, transition them from Sales to Finance, and tailor financing options with lenders to fit each situation.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal laws, present transparent pricing, and build relationships to generate referrals. A background in automotive sales or finance, strong communication, and detail-oriented discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer-focused approach and ability to build relationships.
• Experience in automotive sales or finance is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with financing processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and maintain product knowledge to assist customers.
