Job summary

Toyota of Santa Fe, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring a Finance Manager to drive F&I sales and secure customer financing in a compliant manner.

The role partners with sales and lenders to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requires 2–5 years of automotive F&I experience and strong knowledge of lending programs and dealer regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience in a franchised dealership environment.
• Proven track record of achieving finance product penetration and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, compliance regulations, and menu-selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and insurance products (F&I), including service contracts and GAP coverage.
• Secure financing approvals by maintaining relationships with banks and lenders.
• Ensure all deal documentation is accurate and compliant with requirements.
• Review credit applications and structure financing options meeting customer and lender guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales management to maximize vehicle sales and profitability.
• Maintain current knowledge of finance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Deliver a transparent, professional finance experience with high customer satisfaction.
