Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our team. You will build guest relationships, work with the sales team to secure financing, and guide customers through one of the most important steps of their vehicle purchase.

This fast-paced role requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, knowledge of title laws and registration, and a professional appearance. You will collaborate with lenders and the office staff to ensure accurate paperwork and timely

Responsibilities

• Present options to help guests protect their vehicle purchase
• Work with the sales team to secure financing for vehicle purchases
• Deliver vehicles and paperwork for sold deals in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure fast funding for guest financing
• Follow the internal road to the sale process and overcome objections
• Maintain knowledge of the products offered
• Collaborate with accounting/office to ensure titling paperwork is accurate and timely

Join the growing Dahl Sheboygan team as an F&I Manager! This fast-paced opportunity allows you to build relationships with guests, work alongside our sales team, secure financing solutions, and guide customers through one of the most important steps in their vehicle purchase journey.

Responsibilities

• Present options to help guests protect their vehicle purchase
• Work with the sales team to acquire financing for vehicle purchases
• Deliver vehicles and paperwork for sold deals in a timely and accurate manner
• Work with financial institutions to best serve the guests through their vehicle purchasing experience
• Follow the internal "road to the sale" process
• Successfully overcome objections
• Maintain adequate knowledge of the products we offer
• Deliver vehicles and paperwork for sold deals in a timely and accurate manner
• Work with financial institutions to ensure fast funding, and take care of all CIT, fix held deals and related tasks.
• Work with the accounting/office team to ensure titling paperwork is accurate and collected timely

Qualifications

• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
