Job summary

O'Daniel Honda is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to sell financing and insurance products to customers and work with lenders on programs. The role requires upholding the highest ethical standards and coordinating closely with the sales team.

You will train the sales staff on finance options, manage a program with the team to route new sales to F&I, and ensure accurate contract processing while complying with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive sales experience and one year in a dealership management position.
• Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees and finance vendors.
• Ability to explain aftermarket products, extended warranties and financing terms.
• Understand and keep abreast of federal, state and local regulations affecting the F&I department.

Responsibilities

• Sell financing and insurance products to customers with clear explanations of options.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive rates and programs.
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approvals.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and dealership policies.
• Create and maintain referral programs with the sales department.
• Train sales staff on finance and lease programs and benefits.
