Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to coordinate all finance and insurance activities for customers. You will help customers obtain financing, prepare documentation, and sell extended service contracts and protection products.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of F&I experience, a professional appearance, strong sales aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I).
• Need to understand lender programs and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers with explanations of products and warranties.
• Coordinate financing through lenders in compliance with state and federal law.
• Prepare all documents for vehicle purchases in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure favorable rates and programs.
• Present and sell finance and insurance products clearly and compliantly to customers.
• Structure and finalize vehicle deals to maximize profitability and lender approval.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
