Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, seeks an F&I Consultant for Porsche North Miami. You will oversee financing, leasing, and product options while collaborating with Sales Management and client advisors to move contracts forward.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in dealership sales and a strong grasp of finance programs, with compliance and attention to detail across federal and state regulations. This full-time role offers a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred and 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Experience in dealership sales and finance processes.
• Ability to understand manufacturer programs and finance sourcing options.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of financing and leasing new and pre-owned vehicle contacts.
• Works with Sales Management in financing customers and informs client advisors of contract status.
• Maximizes products sold on each vehicle transaction.
• Communicates finance program details to client advisors.
• Reviews contracts and ensures proper submission to financial sources.
• Ensures compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Reports approval status of customer contracts to client advisors.
• Collaborates with finance sources to maximize customer approvals.
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting sales.
• Partners with sales manager to achieve department financial goals.
