Job summary

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is hiring an F&I Clerk to support multiple dealership operations. You will review F&I documentation, assist with warranty administration, and maintain accurate data in dealership systems.

The role requires 1+ years of document review and administrative experience, with proficiency in dealership software and standard office tools. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position is on-site in California.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience reviewing detailed documents and identifying missing information.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Experience using computers, email, and dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review F&I paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with warranty administration and follow-up.
• Enter and update customer, vehicle, warranty, and transaction data in dealership systems.
• Track missing or incomplete paperwork and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Provide administrative support across Sales, Service, Finance, Accounting and other departments.
