A family-owned General Contractor in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Controller to join its leadership team and position for a CFO successor.

The role will lead accounting and finance, oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, WIP, and job costing, and collaborate with ownership and operations to drive financial strategy.

Formación

• Controller or Assistant Controller experience within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP schedules, and construction accounting.
• Experience leading an accounting team.
