Job summary

CFS is seeking a Controller in Wisconsin to join the executive leadership table and partner with leaders on financial strategy and growth. You will oversee accounting across several operating companies, drive forecasting and budgeting, and lead cost management in a project-driven construction environment.

The role entails month-end closes, comprehensive financial reporting, and serving as a trusted financial business partner to the executive team as the organization executes an aggressive growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Experience leading or managing teams in a construction context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and monthly financial statements.
• Oversee financial reporting for multiple business units.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
• Manage job costing and financial analysis within a construction ERP environment.
• Oversee tax preparation and union payroll processes.
• Serve as a financial business partner to executive leadership.
