Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station is hiring an F&B Supervisor for the Block T Bar & Grill outlets. The role directs front‑of‑house team members and supports them to achieve Howdy Hospitality standards.

Candidates should have leadership in elevated service environments, strong F&B knowledge, and availability for training, with emphasis on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience in an elevated service, high-volume restaurant or hotel F&B operation.
• Strong working knowledge of food and beverage services, not limited to serving and bartending.
• Ability to attend scheduled training sessions on product service.
• Hold or able to gain TABC and Food Handlers Certification.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software, POS.
• Understand all aspects of food and beverage service, including wine service.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience working in a lodging or hotel environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring proper availability of competent, motivated, hospitality‑oriented team members.
• Ensure proper performance and training of hourly team members per standards.
• Provide a positive work environment through fairness and positive reinforcement.
• Direct and re‑direct team members when procedures are not applicable while keeping leadership informed.
• Ensure optimum hospitality to all guests and team members in a clean, safe and organized environment.
• Attend, promote, and brainstorm scheduled training sessions on product service.
