Job summary

The Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across all outlets. You will supervise staff, uphold high service standards, and ensure health and safety compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Lead staff training, manage inventory, collaborate with the culinary team on menus, and maintain excellent guest relations to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, considering seasonal availability and guest preferences.
• Assist in conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain excellent communication and coordination between all food and beverage outlets.
