Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing day-to-day F&B operations and budget adherence.
• Supervises daily F&B shift operations and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Oversees monthly self-inspection program and coordinates cleaning and safety initiatives.
• Manages staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives.
• Delivers exceptional guest service and resolves guest concerns promptly.
