Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and manage F&B operations in a bowling/arcade environment. You will forecast, plan, and oversee orders, staff, and finances to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

The role requires 2–3 years in F&B management, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to serve alcohol (21+). You will work nights and weekends in a dynamic, high-activity venue.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years food & beverage management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required to apply.
• Must be at least 21 years old to handle alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Lead F&B team by training and evaluating staff; assign duties on shift.
• Monitor food safety and alcohol service; ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and generate reports.
