Responsibilities

• Assign server, bartender, and busser stations
• Ability to supervise staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Communicate daily operational needs between management and team members
• Monitor opening, running, and closing side work assignments
• Ensure staff have accurately recorded all tip outs
• Complete end of shift checkout procedures for staff
• Monitor guest service standards and team member interactions
• Evaluate staff performance and providecoaching andtraining wherenecessary
• Ability to resolve any customer disputes or complaints
