Responsibilities

• Monitor opening, running, and closing side work
• Ensure accurate tip-out records
• Complete end-of-shift checkout procedures
• Monitor guest service standards and team interactions
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and training
• Resolve customer disputes or complaints
