Job summary

Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC, Destination by Hyatt, invites a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead outlets operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will oversee staff, enforce hygiene standards, and manage daily reporting while maintaining a lively, guest-focused atmosphere.

The role requires leadership, hospitality experience, and a proactive approach to teamwork; a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• South Carolina ServSafe Alcohol Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the outlets team
• Conducts daily lineups before each shift
• Communicates all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shift
• Ensures physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant, including inspecting tabletops and side stations
• Responsible for daily report input and logbook entries
• Enforces high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
• Ensures the security of monies, credit and financial transactions
• Supervises the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays
