Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead restaurant and beverage staff, driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth. You will work with F&B managers to implement service programs and cost controls, while maintaining high service levels during events and promotions.

The role requires 21+ years, multi-shift experience, knowledge of food products, and strong communication. On-site interviews happen weekly; benefits include medical/dental and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, GED program completion within 6 months.
• Associate’s Degree in Related field required.
• Two years’ Food and/or Beverage supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists F&B Managers in implementing programs to improve operations.
• Develops customer service training for VIP guests and events.
• Implements cost control procedures and scheduling for high service levels.
• Counsels and trains assigned personnel in duties.
• Responds to guest complaints with corrective actions.
• Oversees hiring decisions and staff changes.
• Monitors daily promotions, specials, and entertainment directives.
• Maintains inventories to meet operation needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
