Job summary

SF Holiday Inn City Centre in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the restaurant, lounge and banquet services, ensuring efficient service, high quality standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction.

You will lead, train and motivate staff, schedule shifts, control labor costs, coordinate events, resolve guest issues promptly, and uphold health, safety and presentation standards across all food and beverage areas.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure a great guest experience.
• Process daily paperwork.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure all food and beverage areas meet hotel quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor health and safety procedures, including hygiene standards.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, banquets, and special functions.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event execution.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Greet and interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
