Job Summary: The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for monitoring staff performance to ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service while maintaining safe and profitable operations in accordance with brand standards. This role oversees daily operations, provides staff feedback, and assists with training to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.

Works primarily indoors. Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals. Stands and walks for more than two-thirds of the shift. Regularly lifts and pushes/pulls objects up to 25 lbs. Adheres to safety and security procedures to promote a safe work environment.
