Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests, adhering to AAA 4-Diamond service standards.
• Support service teams to ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages and bus tables after meals.
• Reset tables to proper specifications and cleanliness; rearrange as needed for events or daily operations.
• Communicate any guest or team member opportunities to the manager on duty.
• Collaborate with the server to meet guest standards and assist in cross-functional tasks.
• Follow safety rules and maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
