Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, Team Members, and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, ensuring positive guest interactions by always demonstrating Gun Lake Casino Resort’s AAA 4-Diamond service standards.
• Follow the 7 Steps of Service as outlined by the F&B department to ensure guest satisfaction and consistently high secret-shop scores.
• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino Resort’s culture of guest service and demonstrating Gun Lake Casino Resort’s Unsurpassed Service Standards at all time.
• Inform the immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
• Must carry TIPS cards at all times during shift and act responsibly in accordance with health and alcohol training.
• Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects “Beyond the Best” practices.
• Maintain good personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to the Company’s policies.
