Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is hiring a dynamic F&B Server/Steward to join the Napa Valley Wine Train team in Napa, California. You will deliver memorable hospitality aboard our historic train during fall and the Santa Train season, helping create unforgettable guest experiences.

As a F&B Server Server/Steward, you’ll be part of this legacy while helping create unforgettable guest experiences during all Wine Train experiences.

A Day in the Life:

As a F&B Server you will bring magic and excellence to all of our wine train experiences, and later primarily to our festive Santa Train. You’ll be part of our premium guest service team, delivering outstanding hospitality aboard our historic train during fall and winter excursions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring pride, professionalism, and positive energy to every shift. This position requires high energy, excellent rapport with children, strong composure in fast-paced situations, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and a welcoming smile.

Previous restaurant or serving experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train observant, personable, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Mandatory Schedule during Santa train season

Must be available for all shifts — no exceptions

Nov 24th- December 24th 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Salary: $16.90-$28.00(with Gratuity)
