Little America Hotels & Resorts in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a friendly F&B Server I to provide guests with excellent dining service and seamless beverage and food experiences. You will work on-site, set up dining areas, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction while adhering to all policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of serving experience preferred in a resort setting.
• Cash handling experience required.
• TIPs certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow and comply with Food & Beverage rules, policies, and procedures.
• Set up dining room and workstation for shift.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take guest orders and explain menu options.
• Coordinate with culinary team on allergens and dietary needs.
• Submit orders through POS system accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and balance cash handling per standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tables.
• Perform side work to enhance guest dining experience.
