Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a part-time F&B Server for the Napa Valley Wine Train. You will deliver hospitality and premium service aboard a historic luxury experience, engaging guests during all wine train journeys.

Responsibilities include smooth dining operations, attentive service, and a positive, energetic attitude. Training is provided for observant, personable individuals passionate about guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/server experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge and familiarity with Napa Valley history strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and actively listen.
• Able to stand for long periods and work on a moving train.
• Speak and understand English.

WE ARE Work in Paradise! Join the team of the Napa Valley Wine Train. This historic, luxury, and iconic experience has been a staple in Napa's Wine Country for over 30 years. As a F&B Server Server/Steward you'll be part of this legacy while helping create unforgettable guest experiences during all Wine Train experiences.

A Day in the Life:

As a F&B Server you will bring magic and excellence to all of our wine train experiences. You’ll be part of our premium guest service team, delivering outstanding hospitality aboard our historic train our iconic excursions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring pride, professionalism, and positive energy to every shift. This position requires high energy, excellent rapport with children & adults, strong composure in fast-paced situations, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and a welcoming smile. Previous restaurant or serving experience is helpful but not required,we’re happy to train observant, personable, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Server Scheduling Requirements

All servers must be available to work both of the following shifts, with no exceptions:

• Morning shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Availability for both shifts is mandatory for all servers.

Salary: $16.90-$28.00(with Gratuity)
