Job summary

Napa Valley Wine Train is seeking a dedicated F&B Server to deliver exceptional hospitality on our historic train and premium excursions. Join a passionate team focused on creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and a welcoming demeanor are essential. Training is provided for observant, personable individuals excited about guest service in a unique wine-country experience.

Qualifications

• Consistent days, evenings and weekends (no exceptions).
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/server experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge and familiarity with Napa Valley history strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and actively listen.
• Strong teamwork skills and customer-facing communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work on a moving train.

As a F&B Server Server/Steward, you’ll be part of this legacy while helping create unforgettable guest experiences during all Wine Train experiences.

A Day in the Life: As a F&B Server you will bring magic and excellence to all of our wine train experiences. You’ll be part of our premium guest service team, delivering outstanding hospitality aboard our historic train our iconic excursions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring pride, professionalism, and positive energy to every shift. This position requires high energy, excellent rapport with children & adults, strong composure in fast-paced situations, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and a welcoming smile. Previous restaurant or serving experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train observant, personable, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

Server Scheduling Requirements

All servers must be available to work both of the following shifts, with no exceptions:

• Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Availability for both shifts is mandatory for all servers.

Salary:$16.90-$28.00(with Gratuity)
